Conjoined Twins Abby and Brittany Carry a Baby Car Seat to Visit Workplace

Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel were seen out again this week — this time carrying a baby in a car seat while paying a visit to their workplace.

The twins, 35, stopped by the Minnesota school where they teach fifth grade students on Wednesday, August 27, in new photos published by The U.S. Sun on Friday, August 29. The outlet reported that the women brought the baby into the school for about 30 minutes.

Abby and Brittany wore a laid-back outfit, opting for a white striped leopard-print tank top with jean shorts and black sandals. According to the report, they also grabbed a bite to eat at a McDonald’s drive-thru prior to their visit.

Abby and Brittany chatted with someone at the school while loading the child into their Tesla. The new photos come just over two weeks after the former reality stars were spotted putting a car-seated baby into the back of their car in Arden Hills in images obtained by TMZ.

The twins have yet to address reports about their relationship to the child.

Over the weekend, Abby and Brittany checked off their to-do list during an errand run, dropping their labradoodle off at the groomer while Abby’s husband, Josh Bowling, picked up groceries at the local market.

Abby tied the knot with Bowling, a United States Army veteran, in a private ceremony in November 2021, and it wasn’t until 2024 that news of their wedding ceremony broke when Today obtained the public record of their marriage.

Abby and Brittany — who previously shared their story with the world as dicephalic conjoined twins — appeared in two documentaries, Joined for Life and Joined at Birth, in 2002 and 2003, respectively.

They also starred in the 2006 documentary, Joined for Life: Abby & Brittany Turn 16, before landing their own TLC reality show in 2012, Abby & Brittany.

In the 2006 doc, the twins said they were very open to the idea of starting a family one day. “Yeah, we’re going to be moms,” Brittany said, adding, “We haven’t thought about how being moms is going to work yet.”

While on their reality show, the twins also spoke about the public interest in their lives and how they were proud of everything they accomplished so far.

“People have been curious about us since we were born for obvious reasons,” Abby and Brittany said on the show. “But our parents never let us use that as an excuse.”

“While life as a conjoined twin sometimes has its challenges, we were raised to believe we could do anything we wanted — so we do.”
