She went on to thank fans for the numerous supportive messages she had received.
However, Richards explained that while she was grateful for all of them, she couldn’t reply because her words often end up in the press.
In a more vulnerable moment, she admitted, “This has been a very, very, very difficult time. It’s so hard to go through a divorce.”
Richards Never Expected To Get Divorced Again

Aaron Phypers Claims Denise Richards Didn’t Make His Adoption Of Her Daughter Eloise Legal
Phypers filed for divorce from Richards on July 7, 2025, citing irreconcilable differences.
Over a month later, the drama between the duo has only gotten messier. As reported by The Blast, the actor recently made a shocking claim, alleging that his estranged wife never filed the adoption papers he signed for her daughter, Eloise.
According to the court filings, Phypers stated that he willingly agreed to become Eloise’s legal father and signed all the necessary documents; however, Richards “failed to file them,” leaving him without any legal rights despite having raised the teen for nearly a decade.
He described Eloise as his daughter “by bond of over nine years” and said the discovery has caused him “immeasurable harm.”
The actor insisted he believed the process had been finalized, only to find out years later that it wasn’t.
Phypers claims this oversight is now impacting their divorce proceedings, calling it an “imbalance” that unfairly strips him of his parental role.
