Orlando Bloom Moves Into Bachelor Pad That 'Screams I'm Filthy Rich And Single' After Katy Perry Split

Hollywood star Orlando Bloom has reportedly moved into his new "bachelor's pad" following his split from singer Katy Perry.
The pair had planned to use the "Roar" hitmaker's Montecito mansion to raise their family, but started renting it out in February before finally going their separate ways in June.
Orlando Bloom has been spotted getting social with Hollywood's bigwigs as Katy Perry, who's currently on her "Lifetimes" world tour, took out time to hang out with their daughter, Daisy.
Orlando Bloom Moves Into New Home Following Split With Katy Perry

Bloom has reportedly moved into a stunning new $17.5 million [£13 million] bachelor pad that seems to send a clear message that he's "filthy rich."
The "Lord of the Rings" actor recently split from his ex-fiancée Katy Perry and is seemingly looking to settle for a fresh start. His new property is tucked away in a luxurious seaside community in Miami and has celebrity neighbors, including Kourtney Kardashian.
"Orlando's new house screams, 'I'm filthy rich and single,'" a source told The Sun. "The house is a proper bachelor pad and perfect for parties and entertaining."
"Orlando is surrounded by other famous people, too. Kourtney Kardashian and her husband, Travis Barker, live just down the road, as well as Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis. Kevin Costner lives on the same street, too," the insider continued.
They added, "It's right on the beach, and Orlando has been seen there loads in the past few weeks. He seems to be settling right in and has already made friends with his direct neighbours."
Orlando Bloom And Katy Perry Had Other Living Plans Before Their Separation

Bloom's relocation efforts come after he and Perry previously planned to use her Montecito mansion as their family home, having been engaged since 2019.
Back in June, the former couple confirmed they were ending their relationship and would remain focused on co-parenting their daughter, Daisy.
However, the "California Gurl" singer once said she envisioned the property as a place "where we will be able to grow together as a family," per People Magazine.
Insiders told the news outlet that they'd already started renting out the property in question as far back as February this year, sparking speculations that their relationship had hit the rocks long before they confirmed it.
The Montecito mansion was the subject of a contentious legal battle between the former couple and the original owner, Carl Westcott, after they paid $15 million for it in July 2020.
Westcott then chose to rescind the deal, citing mental incapacity. However, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that he was of sound mind when he decided to sell the property.
The Singer Sued The Veteran For Damages

Perry has since filed a countersuit against the entrepreneur seeking $6 million in damages, and claiming that $3 million will cover her loss of rental income.
At the time, the pair later co-signed a letter addressed to the 1-800-Flowers founder, noting that the property would be the perfect place to raise their daughter.
"As you know, we are expecting a baby next month and know that this will be the best place to bring her home to and raise her in," the former couple wrote, per People. "Though there were other properties that did interest us, yours will provide us with the comfort of security, privacy, and safety… This home will be a respite, one where we will be able to grow together as a family."
Orlando Bloom And Katy Perry's Split Has Been Drama-Free

According to reports, Bloom and Perry ended their romance on good terms as they co-parent their daughter.
Since their separation, Bloom has been living his best life, attending Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's luxury wedding in Venice, and has also been spotted hanging out with the Amazon founder on his yacht.
Meanwhile, Perry has been on her "Lifetimes" world tour and recently took to her Instagram account to share a rare photo of herself and her daughter, Daisy, after playing a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden in New York City last week.
The "Fireworks" singer can be seen posing under an MSG sign as her daughter played with a toy dog.
Katy Perry Tours East Coast With Daisy
Perry shared photos of both of them exploring the Boston Museum of Science in Massachusetts, with another photo showing Daisy posing in a spacecraft.
"EAST COAST I [LOVE] U. Sorry I wrote a song about the West Coast, but here's an East Coast split," she wrote in the caption.
For her upcoming performances, Perry will take on Raleigh, North Carolina; Nashville, Tennessee; Atlanta, Georgia; and Tampa and Miami, Florida, before traveling to South America, the UK, and Europe.
