Paul George Undergoes Surgery On Left Knee To Treat Injury From Recent Workout
Paul George underwent a successful arthroscopic procedure on his left knee to treat an injury sustained during a recent workout. The procedure was performed by Dr. Jonathan L. Glashow at the NYU - Langone Sports Medicine Orthopedic Center.
George will now begin a rehabilitation program and his progress will be monitored regularly. George will be re-evaluated prior to the start of training camp.
In 41 games last season, George averaged 16.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.8 steals in 32.5 minutes.
George has three seasons remaining on his four-year, $212 million contract signed with the Philadelphia 76ers during the 2024 offseason.
