See the Dubai Princess' Huge $1.1M Engagement Ring From French Montana

Rapper French Montana certainly made sure his fiancée, Dubai princess Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, received an engagement ring fit for royalty.
The newly engaged couple showed off Mahra’s new bling in a joint Friday, August 29, Instagram post.
“,” a caption read, alongside an image of the duo holding hands.
Montana, 40, popped the question with a custom sparkler designed by Eric the Jeweler of Mavani & Co., worth approximately $1.1 million, per a press release. The ring features a central, emerald-cut diamond flanked by several smaller stones on a silver band.

“Congratulations to @frenchmontana & the Princess of Dubai @_xtianna_ on their engagement,” a post on the brand’s Instagram page read. “I want to thank French for trusting us with this enormous 7-figure 11.53ct GIA emerald-cut ring that he commissioned us to make for this special moment!”
Montana (real name Karim Kharbouch) replied in the comments section with a sparkle emoji.
News broke earlier this week that Montana proposed to Mahra, 31, in June, shortly after he walked the runway during Paris Fashion Week.
The “Unforgettable” rapper was previously married to Deen Kharbouch from 2007 to 2014, and later dated Khloé Kardashian from 2013 to 2014.
“The love was real,” Montana told Haute Living in 2019 of his romance with the 40-year-old reality TV star. “When the love was like that, it’s always going to be like that. Friendship after a relationship is something that’s real hard to do, and I’m glad we’ve been able to do it. Me and Khloé are always going to be friends, and the family still remains close.”
Mahra, the daughter of the vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates, was previously married to Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum from 2023 to 2024. She announced their divorce via Instagram in July 2024, just two months after welcoming their daughter.

“I hereby declare our divorce,” Mahra wrote via Instagram at the time. “I divorce you, I divorce you, and I Divorce You. Take care. Your ex-wife.”
Mahra appeared to invoke the Islamic practice of triple talaq, in which an individual can declare, “I divorce you” for an instantaneous dissolution of marriage. It is traditionally only used by men and is a controversial practice that is banned in many Middle Eastern countries.
Further details about Mahra’s relationship with Montana have not been publicly shared.
